An assistant that handles your first line of customer contact: it reads incoming messages, answers routine questions in your tone of voice, pulls answers from your own materials and passes anything unusual to a human. It works around the clock, in the channels you already use, in English or Finnish. These are text-based systems that live in your chat, email and contact forms; if you are looking for a voice bot, that is a different project and I will say so in the discovery call.
Every system I install includes an approval gate where it matters: nothing goes out to your customers without a human sign-off unless you explicitly decide otherwise. The AI does the drafting, your team stays in control.
Lead response and speed to lead
When a lead fills your contact form or emails you, the system replies in minutes, not the next morning. It keeps your lead list up to date (who, what stage, last contact) and sends follow-ups on schedule. Faster response and reliable follow-up mean more deals from the same number of leads.

We map where repetitive communication work piles up and whether conversational AI genuinely helps. If it does not, I say so on the call.
Build: first version in about 2 weeks
You get a fixed quote after the call. Once approved, I build a working first version, typically in about two weeks.
Install and handover
I install the system into your environment and teach your team to use it. For two weeks after installation I keep refining it with you against real traffic.
Monthly care and development
Models improve and your processes change. A monthly partnership keeps the system running and evolving. Cancel with one month's notice, no annual contracts.

Do you work in English or only in Finnish?
Both. The systems themselves can serve your customers in English, Finnish or both, and we can run the whole project in English. I am based in Finland, so your data, your time zone and your market context are familiar ground.
How is a conversational AI consultant different from buying a chatbot tool?
